What is our check-in/check-out time?

Check-in is 3:00 pm or later. Check-out is 10:00 am or earlier. If you need to extend your stay please contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

What are the business hours for Parking Registration?

Mon to Fri: between 8 am and 4 pm: Ka’anapali Royal Office is Open

Sat to Sun: and after hours: Registration drop off the box is available at the Ka’anapali Royal Office, payment can be made when the office reopens.

A vehicle registration note will be left on your vehicle the evening of your arrival. It is to be filled out and returned with fee payment to the Kaanapali Royal Office.

Is extra cleaning available?

A professional clean is done prior to your arrival and at your departure. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. Please contact us to set up a mid-stay cleaning if required.

What are the booking terms and conditions?

The booking guests must be at least 25 years of age and be an occupant of the rental for the entire stay. The Rental Agreement needs to be signed.

Can we hire baby equipment?

We do not hire out cots or baby equipment but can supply you with names of companies that do if required.
