What is our check-in/check-out time?
Check-in is 3:00pm or later. Check-out is 11:00am or earlier. If you need to extend your stay please contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
What are business hours for Parking Registration?
Mon to Fri: between 8am and 5pm: Ka’anapali Royal Office is Open
Sat to Sun: and after hours: Registration drop off box is available at the Ka’anapali Royal Office, payment can be made when office is reopens.
A vehicle registration note will be left on your vehicle the evening of your arrival. It is to be filled out and returned with fee payment to the Kaanapali Royal Office.
What do I do with the keys on departure?
On you day of departure please LEAVE ALL KEYS IN THE PROPERTY ON THE TABLE and lock the property on your way out. They will be picked up by our housekeeper when she does the inspection and the departure clean.
Is extra cleaning available?
A professional clean is done prior to your arrival and at your departure. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. Please contact us to set up a mid stay cleaning if required.

Can we hire baby equipment?
We do not hire out cots or baby equipment but can supply you with names of companies that do, if required.
